RACE DESCRIPTIONSwim -

Half mile lake swim . (inverted triangle course).

Waves will be evenly distributed depending on the number of athletes in each age category.

Check which wave you will start in when you pick up your packet. - - - Bike -

2 laps - right onto Alpine Road, right onto East Campground Road then right onto Old York Road (RT 74), right onto (RT 177) at Rossville, right onto Alpine Road, right into Conewago entrance after 2nd lap on the right to transition area.

Approx. 18 miles.

Volunteers at all turns. - - - Run -

5K - trail run will be clearly marked through the Conewago entrance (see map on web site). - - -

Directions:

DIRECTIONS

Go to www.Mapquest.com to get a map and directions that will put you on the perimeter of the park a short distance from the Conewago Race entrance.

You can zoom in on the map to see that the Conewago entrance is a turn off of Alpine road. - - -

Awards are given to the overall top male & female and the top 3 men & women in each category.

Age Groups -19 & Under, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 + - - - VOLUNTEERS
