Join us for our 5K race featuring Jim Ryun, 3-time Olympian, former world record holder, and ESPN's #1 high school athlete of all time.
This race will include chip timing.
Team Guidelines: Individual runners may also compete by putting together a race team. Each team member (minimum 5 runners, no maximum) will register as "5K Run - Team Entry" and list the team name in the registration. Team members are eligible for winning individual awards.
Awards will be given to the top three teams, overall male and female winners, plus the top 3 finishers in the following age categories: 0-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and older. Bring your family and friends to cheer you on.
DINNER BANQUET: Jim Ryun will be our featured speaker at a Banquet Dinner at the Ocala Hilton on Friday May 9th, at 6:30 pm. For Dinner/ticket information go to www.helpinghandsocala.org
Proceeds will benefit Helping Hands Foundation who provide shelter and related assistance to men, women, and children in need.
