Course Information:
Run Bike Run!
Out and back courses are on a flat trail that is a mix of gravel and dirt.
Mountain and BMX bikes are recommended - leave the skinny tires at home! Transition will be close to the ATT trail head located at White Oak with the run course heading north and the bike course heading south.
