Train for an Olympic Distance Triathlon
The triathlon 201 training program is geared towards athletes that are trying to complete their first Olympic distance triathlon or to improve their current Olympic distance training.
Orientation - Thursday, May 6th at 7pm in Fleet Feet Sports
The Run and Triathlon Expo will be on May 13th at 6pm.
Graduation event will be the Rocketman Triathlon which is held on Sunday, August 29, 2010. The distances will be 1500m swim, 40k bike, and a 10k run.

The class fee is $150 and will include:
- A 16 week workout plan with group coaching
- Fleet Feet technical shirts.
- Group training activities
- Entry to Rocketman Triathlon
Prerequisites:
- Have completed a sprint triathlon,
- Can currently run a 5k,
- Can swim 100 yards continuously, and
- Can bike 10 miles
Group Activities will include:
- 4 swim,
- 2 transition,
- 1 group bike, and
- 2 group brick workouts.
Every week there will be a group run from a store if there is not already a workout planned.
