Join us for an unbeatable weekend of fun, fitness and friendships!
Experienced and inexperienced female triathletes and cyclists are invited to our extraordinary training camp this spring, hosted by Max Multisport Coaching in Galena, Illinois.
Camp activities include group bike rides, 5k or 10k race on Saturday morning (race entry is not included), optional paddling session Sunday (2 hrs $25.00 extra) and informational seminars. We are partnering with Fever River Outfitters in Galena for this event!

- Learn to love hills hill cycling techniques
- Strengthening your core
- Proper run form
- Setting up transitions for triathlon
- Heart rate training
