2013 Emmett's Most Excellent Youth Triathlon:

PACKET PICK UP!! Friday from 2 to 4PM

Everyone be ready to start by 4 PM AT THE SWIMMING POOL

Course Information:

Kids Triathlon 9-12 yr olds

Swimmers:

Swim: 200 yds, down and back 4 times

Bike: 1.5 miles Traffic free course

Run: .75 miles Closed course no traffic

Non Swimmers:

Swim: 100 yds with a kickboard, down and back 2 times

Bike: 1.5 miles 2 loop closed course

Run: .75 miles closed course

Kids Triathlon 0 - 8 years old:

Swimmer:

Swim: 25yd Swim * 1 Time Down

Bike: .75 Mile Closed to all traffic volunteers will help with kids

Run: .5 Mile Loop course no traffic

Non Swimmer:

Splash & Crawl Around the Wading Pool

Bike: .75 Mile Closed to all traffic volunteers will help with kids

Run: .5 Mile Loop course no traffic

Directions:

Emmett Idaho is just 30 minutes out of Boise
