a program that redefines hard core. The Tri Faster Train Stronger
will help you improve your strength, power, fat burning, and speed in an
action-packed, 60-minute workout. This class is geared towards
swimmers, runners, cyclists, and triathletes - but anyone who is serious
about maximizing their strength and fitness is welcome to join the fun.
Registration options available for single day drop-ins or entire sessions.
