Join the nation's largest Indoor Tri series! Our model is designed to introduce the sport of triathlon to newcomers and provide a challenging training tool for veteran triathletes. We often group first-timers and veteran athletes separately, to ensure a comfortable race environment. Snacks are served after each event.
At your designated start time, you will begin with a 10-minute swim in our indoor pool. Shift gears and spend the next 30 minutes in the cycling studio (keep your bike at home). Then race toward the finish line with 20 minutes on the treadmill.
