Start with the 200 yard Swim at the New Holland Recreation Center Indoor Pool, transition to bikes and ride the beautiful country of side of Lancaster County PA, 13.5 miles, (you may encounter a few "road apples" and buggies along the way) Loop back to New Holland Recreation Center and finish with a 5k run over to Garden Spot Village. Transportation back to New Holland Recreation will be provided by Garden Spot Village or you can ride back with family or friends. Awards will given out at New New Holland Recreation Center at 11:00am. Hot Showers available at New Holland Recreation if you would like clean up after the event while waiting for awards.

13.5 bike ride, (small hills)
5k run, ( flat and small hills)

Packet Pick up Friday, Oct 18 at New Holland Recreation Center 5:00-7:00pm. Please try to pick up your packet at this time.
Packet Pick up Saturday, Oct 19 at New Holland Recreation Center 6:30-7:30am for those who cannot come the Rec Center on Friday evening.
