MTEC is Chambersburg YMCA's version of a mini eco-challenge and is a great introduction to adventure racing for beginner and intermediate participants. 4 person adult & teen teams compete to finish or win one of 5 divisions. Each year a new course is designed and race disciplines include: trek, bike, paddle, team challenges and typically runs 4-8 hours.
Directions:
Located in southcentral Pennsylvania, Chambersburg is at the intersection of I-81 and Route 30. Fayetteville (Caledonia State Park) is approximately 5 miles east of Chambersburg on Route 30.
