This is a tune-up, non-competitive indoor triathlon at the Mid-Delmarva YMCA in Salisbury, MD. Entries will be accepted until Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 12:00 pm so that seedings can be done. Contact will be made in regards to a start time.
The tri will include a 500 yard swim, a 6 mile bike ride on a LifeCycle and a 2 mile run on either the indoor track or a treadmill. There will be no time added on for transitions.
Registrations should be made in person at the Front Desk of the YMCA. Any questions please call at 410-749-0101.
There is also a similar event that will take place over the first 2 weeks on March at the Pocomoke Facility. Contact them at 410-957-9622.

The entire course will be inside at the Mid-Delmarva YMCA facility.
Directions:
From West of Salisbury - Take US Route 50 E/B to US13/US50 split, taking the ramp to the left. Follow US 13 S/B and exit at US Route 12, taking the right exit towards Salisbury. Make a right at the first light, onto Beaglin Park Drive. Make a left at the second light (Schumaker Drive) and continue for 1/2 mile. YMCA is on the right.
From East of Salisbury - Take US Route 50 W/B into Salisbury and turn left at Beaglin Park Drive. Follow Beaglin Park Drive down approximately one mile and turn right onto Schumaker Drive. YMCA will be about 1/2 mile on the right.
From North or South of Salisbury. Follow US Route 13 the appropriate direction until you see the exit for Snow Hill Road (US Route 12) and take the exit towards Salisbury. Make a right at the first light, onto Beaglin Park Drive. Make a left at the second light (Schumaker Drive) and continue for 1/2 mile. YMCA is on the right.
