2010 Duathlon at Brunswick Forest:
The event is held within the Brunswick Forest development area with no highway traffic to contend with.
Free beer and chow will be served after the race.
There is a Team Category with two athletes per team.
Awards are 3-deep in 5-year age groups.

5K Run - 10.4 mile Bike - 2 mile Run 
Start/Finish is near the Fitness center in beautiful Brunswick Forest.
The 5K and 2 mile run legs are flat and fast through some of the many pretty areas of Brunswick Forest.
The bike course is a double loop with new, smooth pavement and no highway traffic.
One mile of the course has a few curves and the rest is mostly straight with gentle curves.
