Do you like getting dirty, but you're tired of crawling through the mud? Ever dream of getting into a huge food fight at school, or getting back at that annoying coworker? Well here is your chance. The Tomato Fight Run is 5 kilometer run/walk followed by one of the largest tomato fights that you will ever be in.

About the Run

The 3.1 mile run/walk is more about bringing out the kid in you than the time it takes you to get to the finish line. Train to prepare for the race, or come straight from the couch. Bedazzle your goggles and pull out your favorite bullseye shirt. The best costumes will be entered into a contest at the end of the race. If you are going to participate in an amazing tomato fights after the run, why not look cool doing it.

The Tomato Fight

The tomato fight will start at the finishline. At the end of the run/walk each participant will be directed to the tomato fight entrance which is located at the end of the finishline in the Century Link Center parking lot D.

Afraid of getting hit by a tomato? Dont be! The goal is to have fun, not to get hurt. In order to create the messiest and most fun tomato fight the tomatoes will be pre-peeled. Juicy and seed filled the tomatoes are designed to make the ultimate mess without seriously hurting your friends. Who really wants to get the wind knocked out of them by a hard green tomato anyway?

After the tomato fight is over there will be cleaning stations where people can rinse themselves off with water before they head home.
