This fun event combines a 0.5 mi swim in a quiet mountain lake followed by a 5k out-and-back run and lunch. Profits from the event will be donated to the Breast Cancer fund. Hosted by Team LUNA Chix Albany Triathlon
Directions:
From the Saratoga area: Follow Route 29 West to Middle Grove. Bear right onto Murray Road. Follow to the end (Stewart's straight ahead). Take a right onto Middle Grove Road, then a left onto Lake Desolation Road. Follow to the top of the mountain and you will find the lake.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Raffle Prizes and special recognition for Breast Cancer Survivors. Registration: $25 in advance/$30 after August 1st. All registrants receive lunch immediately following the event.
