The Healthy Habits Youth Triathlon Series is all about kids. 2013 is our fourth year for the series. It is a fun way to introduce the sport of triathlon to children in Maine. Our goal is to teach children that exercise is crucial for good health. Eating right, drinking plenty of water, and getting enough exercise are Healthy Habits we hope to instill in the children participating in this race series. The events are open to all children ages 5-15*.
