This race is part of USAT's natioanl Spalsh and Dash Aquathlon Series.

5-6 years Swim 25 yards and Run 0.6 miles
7-8 years Swim 100 yards and Run 0.60 miles
9-10 years Swim 100 yards and Run 0.6 miles
11-12 years Swim 200 yards and Run 1.2 miles
13-15 years Swim 200 yards and Run 1.2 miles
Course Information:
The swim takes place in the indoor pool at the Northern York County branch of the YMCA of Southern Maine. We do not mix age groups. There are never more than twelve children swimming at one time. They then transition from the swim to the run on the soccer field behind the pool area. The run takes place on grass trails and side walks. The 11-12 and 13-15 year groups complete two loops of the 0.6 mile course.
Directions:
Exit 32 on the Maine Turnpike (I-95) Turn left onto Route 111. Turn left at second traffic light onto Barra Rd. Immediately turn right onto Pomerleau Street. The YMCA is on your left.
