The ENDURANCE CHALLENGE is the ULTIMATE test of Speed, Strength & Will, attracting people of all ages and fitness abilities who are willing to give it all for the glory of being pushed to the LIMIT. Two Ways To Compete, Two Ways to DOMINATE (competitive and overall divisions available).
THE INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE Will consist of FOUR separate events. Each event challenges a different functional movement. Weights and/or heights will be adjusted for male and female participants. THe four events can be completed in a any order with breaks/rest between each event. All events need to be completed within one hour. The participant score will be determined by the combination of all four times - the fastest overall combined time WINS!
BURPEE 6ft WALL CLIMB - Fastest time wins
25 Climb/Burpee combination 1000 METERS ROW - Fastest time wins
Row 1000 meters on a stationary rower
TIRE FLIPS - Fastest time wins 40 Flips in the sand SAND BAG PLANK - Longest time held in a forearm plank with a sandbag on your back wins
THE TEAM CHALLENGE 100 Yard metabolic course on the SAND!
Will consist of 100 yard RELAY course consisting of multiple functional movements grouped in a specific sequence on the sand. Teams will consist of two participants (co-ed, all female, all male). Weights and/or heights will be adjusted for male and female team mates. The fastest team through the course WINS!
Teams DON"T work for you but you want to run through the course competitively? Run through the 100 yard relay course alone - INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE also available!
