The Super Sprint is the most intense effort in all of multi-sport racing. It generally takes competitors around 30 minutes to complete the race which makes it very fun and exciting to watch. These races usually end with the top 3 or more people sprinting for the finish line to take the crown of "Absolute Fastest Athlete."

with the results from your last three (3) previous including links to the results. If you are selected to race in the elite division, you must race both the Super Sprint on Friday and the Elite Off-Road race on Saturday.

Championship Race Course Description:
Swim Course: 200 yards
An all-out effort in Old Hickory Lake will get the heart pumping! Will someone go under 2 minutes?!
Bike Course: 5 miles
A super fast, redline effort must be given if you want to win this race!
Run Course: 1 mile
Whatever is left in the tank will get used up on this violent effort. We can almost guarantee this will end in a sprint finish.
The top male and female racer will get not only bragging rights, but also their choice of transition position for the Championship race, valuable points for our points series and a cash bonus.
