Mendum's Adventure is a 1/3 mile Swim, 3 mile Trail Run, and 2 mile Kayak at the UNH Mendum Pond Recreation Area.
Particiapnts must provide their own kayaks. Design your own adventure. Complete all 3 or choose to couple the swim or the kayak with the trail run. Do it yourself or take up the challeneg as a team.
