We are so excited as we prepare for our annual Diamond X Triathlon! This is the Triathlon for everyone! It is great for first time triathletes to serious competitors. Our goal is to give everyone the chance to have a fun-filled triathlon experience without the intimidation that can sometimes accompany a triathlon for first timers. This is a great opportunity to compete individually or with a group of friends and family. Even youth as young as 14 with parent consent can compete!
Course Information:
This year the Diamond X Triathlon will be a little different, but in a good way. Since one of our goals is to make this triathlon as fun and un-intimidating as possible for first time triathletes we will be modifying the swim. It will still be an out and back .25 mile swim but you may use flotation devices if you choose! (ie life jackets, arm floaties, swim noodles: use your imagination and get creative!!!) As long as your hips are in the water and no propulsion devices such as swim fins or paddles are used, anything goes.
