2013 IHL Sprint Triathlon:

Good Shepherds first annual sprint triathlon.

The race will feature a pool swim, mostly flat out leg of the bike and rolling hills returning to T2 with a flat and fast out and back run.

The race will be held at Good Shepherd Institute of Healthy Living.

There will be a post race meal featuring East Texas best BBQ.

The race will be capped at 300 participants so register early to reserve your race day.

New to racing and triathlon? Then this is the race for you!

We will be featuring a Novice division just for you with awards for male/female 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Course Information:

Swim:

200 meters.

25 meter pool.

Snake swim through all lanes.

Bike:

13 mile black top course.

Mostly flat on the ride out.

Rolling hills on the ride back to T2.

Run:

Out and back 5k.

Flat and fast.
