For Adults this Super Sprint event will consist of a 250 yard pool swim (1 swimmer starts every 30 sec).

A 10 mile bike through Pickens county that is mostly flat, and great for beginners,

And a 2.25 mile run in the park.

Great Flat Courses...perfect for 1st timers.

Adult & Kid races...spend a morning racing with the family.
