2013 Hartford Marathon Foundation Women's Triathlon:

  • The HMF Womens Triathlon is a most inspiring event for all women, young and old, experienced and first timers.
  • The sprint distance tri, conducted in a friendly non-intimidating environment, caters to women of all abilities and ages.

    • Course Information:



    Swim:
  • Participants will start with a half mile open water swim.
  • This will be a single loop in the Winding Trails Lake.

    Bike:
  • Triathletes will then cycle 12 miles through the quiet roads of Farmington and Avon.

    Run:
  • The 3 sport event will conclude with an enjoyable 5K run through the wide dirt trails in Winding Trails.
