2010 St.Marys Universitys Heart & S.O.U.L. Row/Ride/Run Triathlon:
  • The 4th Annual Heart & S.O.U.L. Row, Ride, Run Triathlon will be held on April 24, 2010 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at East Lake Lodge on East Lake Winona. 

  • Row, Ride & Run is a fundraiser benefiting Saint Marys Universitys S.O.U.L. organization.  S.O.U.L. (Serving Others United in Love) is dedicated to providing service opportunities for SMU students, enabling them to connect with diverse communities around the nation and the world. 

  • Participating in this event makes these trips possible, as all the money raised goes into helping students pay for the cost of their trip. 


  • We hope to see you at the starting lineand the finish line!

    • Course Information:

  • Participants will canoe 2.5 miles around East Lake Winona.
  • Then hop on their bikes for a scenic 14 mile ride through the Winona bluffs.
  • The ride will end on Saint Mary's University's campus where participants will then finish with a 3.1 mile run through the bluffs on the Saint Mary's trails.

    • Other Info:

  • S.O.U.L. (Serving Others United in Love) is an organization through Saint Mary's Campus Ministry that offers service trips to students and staffs during our 4 day October break, our weeklong February break, and in the weeks following the end of school in May. 
  • Students serve all over the United States as well as internationally. The proceeds from the triathlon are used to help offset the cost of these trips for students.
  • Without your support, these trips would not be possible.
