2013 Tri, Tri Again Mini Backwoods Repeated Trail Triathlon:

  • This 4.75 mile trail course takes place entirely on private land in beautiful central Pennsylvania. It is a 2.25 mile trail run, followed by a 2.5 mile mountain bike, and then a 150 yd lake swim.
  • Then, repeat...as many times as you can in 3 hours!
  • Take breaks when necessary, then start up again!
  • A perfect "first tri" for beginners who are in shape, and a new challenge for experienced triathletes.
