WVU Student Recreation Center Triathon :
Triathlon : Swim 300 yards, Spin Bike 4 miles, Run 3.1 miles

2009 West Virginia University Rec Center Triathon:

This event will begin at 4pm in the aquatic area with a 300-yard swim.

Participants will have 5 minutes to change for a 4-mile bike ride on an upright spinning bike that will be placed in the aquatic area.

Athletes will then begin a 5K outdoor run around the Evansdale Campus.

There will be one male and one female winner, determined by the lowest combined time.

Each winner will receive a $100 prize package.

The race begins at 4pm on October 6, 2009

There will be a MANDATORY pre-race meeting on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 6pm.

Registration deadline is October 2, 2009 at 5pm
