COURSE Start, Transisition, and Finish at the Johnson County Family YMCA (elevation 4635') 101 Klondike Drive, Buffalo, Wyoming
Run: 4.2 miles on shaded, paved road. Out and back with gradual incline first half.
Bike: 14 miles on a paved road, rolling hills, a few sharp turns. One mile start and finish on city streets.
Swim: 36 lengths in Y Pool. Team Swimmers may swim proir to the event on Friday evening or 8:00am Saturday morning. Team swim times are added to run-bike times.

Women: Swim-Bike-Run
DIVISIONS
Age Groups: 19 and under, 18-25, 26-35, 36-49, 50-62
Teams Open Division: Female, Male, Mixed
Teams Senior Division: Female, Male, Mixed (combined age 105)
Teams Junior Division: Members under 12
Corporate Cup: Any business is eligible to compete for the Corporate Cup. The cup will be presented to the business having the greatest number of contestants participating in the Triathlon. Contestants must be current employees (and/or their children)
REGISTRATION
Cost Individual Adults: $20 by May 25th ($25 after)
Cost Juniors (under 19): $10 by May 25th ($12 after)
Cost Team: $40 by May 25th ($45 after)
Packet Pick Up: Packets may be picked on Friday May 31 at the YMCA, or on Race Day
Race Day Registration: 7:00 am
Pre Race Meeting: 7:45 am
RACE START
Relay Team Swimmers: 7:00-7:45 am
All Others: 8:00 am
GOODIES
T-Shirts: All contestants will receive a racet-shirt; however only those who are preregistered by May 24th will be guarantuud a t-shirt on race day
Pasta Dinner: A YMCA Pasta Dinner for all race participants, their famlies, friends and the community will be held Friday May 31, 600-8:00 PM. Price $7.00 ($5.00 for children 10 and under)
