2014 Triathlon at Ramseur Lake:

Olympic distance triathlon at Ramseur Lake. 1.5k swim - 40k bike - 10k run.

Ramseur Lake is opened just for the triathlon swim!

Bike course on challenging and hilly country roads!

Run on the tree-covered limestone rail trail near the lake!

Ramseur is within driving distance of Asheville, Greensboro, Raleigh and Charlotte.

This race will cap at 200 athletes making it great for the first timer, and will have a cash prize to draw the stronger athletes.

Course Information:

Were back at lovely Ramseur Lake looking to make it a three peat.

Get ready for another great Olympic distance triathlon, duathlon, and introducing an open water swim event.

The triathlon course includes a 1.5k Swim, 40k Bike, and 10k run.

We are working to make a new and improved run course that will be announced soon.

The duathlon course is similar to the triathlon course just with a 5k run at the start.
