2014 East Haddam Lions Sprint Triathlon:
- The 2nd annual East Haddam Lions Sprint Triathlon will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the East Haddam Town Beach.
Course Information:
Swim-
14 mile counterclockwise loop in the Moodus Reservoir starting & finishing at Town Beach.
Bike-
12 Mile Bike Ride with many rolling hills through Moodus and East Haddam with two challenging climbs.
Helmets are a mandatory or no finish!!!

Run-
5K scenic run through the back roads of East Haddam. A roads are all paved.
The run is an out and back course
