He especially loves changing the lives of the de-conditioned and blowing the minds of endurance athletes. Through the CFHH CrossFit Endurance program, Coach Jeff helps endurance athletes crush their personal records while logging less miles and more CrossFit. Coach Jeff, is an expert in weight loss and weight management, and all things endurance! His impressive resume includes Fitness Director at Hilton Head Health Institute, and CrossFit Endurance HQs Seminar Staff. He now heads the CFHH CF Endurance program and travels all over the country teaching run technique and CF Endurance trainer certifications.
