  • The first event of the Springfield Tri Fest on July 26, 2008.
  • This event for children aged 5 to 13 is called the National City Bank Dew the Tri for Kids.

    • Course Information:

  • Swim will in Nelson Pool at Lincoln Park.
  • The bike will be inside the Park on closed roads.

  • The run will be on grass and paved roads also inside Lincoln Park.

    • Directions:

    Lincoln Park is located on the north side of the City of Springfield off Sangamon Avenue.

    Other Info:

  • An awards ceremony for boys and girls will follow after the last runner crosses the finish line.
  • Age groups are 5-7, 8-9, 10-11, and 12-13 for boys and girls.
  • Teams can compete with three kids per team.
