Two races, one grand day on the historic Seaside Boardwalk.
Post race awards on the beach continues in the streets at The Seaside Heights Food Festival!

Great Atlantic Sprint:
Point to point half mile ocean swim with a swim around the historic Seaside Pier.
2 loops on a fast flat 7.1 mile course made up of the great smooth roads Ocean Terrace and Bayview Avenue (home asphalt to the Jersey Shore Time Trial).
Run the out and back on the boards of Seaside Heights and Seaside Park to a great finish.
Super Sprint: Point to point quarter mile swim.
1 loop on the bike course.
2 mile run out and back on the Seaside boardwalk.
