Course Information:
Kids ages 7-10 will swim 3 widths of the West Pittston pool, bike one loop of the 1.75 mile bike course and run one lap of the .5 mile run.
Kids ages 11-14 will swim 3 lengths of the West Pittston pool, bike 2 loops for 3.25 mile bike course, and run 2 loops for one mile run.
Athletes must be able to swim the distance without use of flotation devices. One parent must be in attendance on race day.

Take exit #4 onto RUTTER AVE go at light- go 0.2 mi
Turn toward FORTY FORT - go 0.2 mi
Turn on RIVER ST - go 0.8 mi
Bear on WYOMING AVE [US-11] - go 4.6 mi
Bear on 4TH ST - go 0.1 mi
Turn on BALTIMORE AVE
Parking is available in vacant lot at corner of Baltimore Ave and 4th Street and also along 6th Street.
