Registration fee includes Training Session, KIT Race Souvenir and all Finishers receive an Award. Age group awards will be given to 1st-3rd place.
Course Information:
Run Bike Run! Out and back courses are on a flat trail that is a mix of gravel and dirt. Mountain and BMX bikes are recommended - leave the skinny tires at home! Transition will be close to the ATT trail head located at White Oak with the run course heading north and the bike course heading south.

Volunteers Please consider volunteering for this event. Each family that provides a volunteer to help man the course during the race will receive a $10 discount on registration.
Training sessions All registered participants may attend a free training session to get them familiar with the race course, transitions and get any questions answered. We highly recommend these sessions to assure your racer they will be comfortable on race day. All sessions will be held at the ATT site and conducted by KIT staff.
