Triathlon : Swim 500 yards, Bike 8 miles, Run 2 miles

The Prairie Life Indoor Triathlon is this Saturday March 7th.

The distance is 500 yard swim, 8 mile stationary bike and 2 mile treadmill run.

Heats start every 45 minutes and we still have times available from 9:00am through 3pm.

Transition times count!

If you are interested in getting in a pre-season race or just a hard workout this is it!
