  • The swim features a two lap course in Walnut Creek Park Lake with an in-water start and a sandy beach finish (typically too warm for wetsuits).
  • The bike is 23.5 miles of challenging hills through the scenic countryside of Albemarle County.
  • The run is a two loop course over the rugged trails at Walnut Creek Park.
