Course Information:
Swim - 500 meter - triathlon - beach start
Expected water temperature around 70 degrees.
Westsuits allowed per USA Triathlon Rules.
Bike - 15.5 miles - Gently rolling. Exit transition area and follow Lake Kanawauke Road.
Take round about to Lake Welsh Parkway.
Left at turnaround onto Cedar Pond Road which becomes Tiorati Brook Road.
Follow round about onto Seven Lakes Parkway.
Turn right onto Lake Kanawauke Road to transition
Run - 4 miles - final leg. Out and back course.
Bike - 15.5 miles - Gently rolling.
Run - 4 miles - final leg.
Directions:
From PA and points West:
Take the exit onto I-80 E toward Milton entering New Jersey.
Take exit 43 to merge onto I-287 N entering New York.
Follow directions below
From the North: Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-87 S/NY City and merge onto I-87 S.
Take exit 16 for RT-17/US-6 toward Harriman.
Keep right at the fork, follow signs for HARRIMAN/US-6 E/W Point.
Turn left at RT-17/RT-32 continue to follow RT-17.
Slight right onto the ramp to Route 17A/RT-17A.
Make a U-turn at Sylvan Way.
Continue on County Hwy 106/Highway 106.
Turn right at Lake Kanawauke Rd.
Below & From the South: Take I-287 N toward I-87 N/NY Thruway entering New York.
Take the Sate Hwy 17 N/New York State Trwy/I-87 N exit on the left toward Albany.
Take exit 15A for State Hwy 17 N toward Sloatsburg/Suffern/State Hwy 59.
Keep right at the fork, follow signs for HILLBURN and merge onto Orange Turnpike/RT-17.
Make a U-turn at Route 17/RT-17.
Turn right at Seven Lakes Dr/Seven Lakes Pkwy continue to follow Seven Lakes Pkwy.
Turn right at Lake Kanawauke Rd.
