triathlon : Swim ¼ Mile, Bike 10 Miles, Run 3.1 Mile

2009 Silverlake Sprint Triathlon:

Come join in the fun of the 4th Annual Silverlake Sprint Triathlon!

This triathlon, located in the scenic Silverlake community of west Pearland, has become a favorite among Houston triathletes looking for an early season event.

Spots are limited, so dont miss out this year!

Course Information:

Triathlon Race Course:

The 400 meter OPEN WATER swim is an out and back rectangular course in Lake Silverlake, an ultra clean man-made lake surrounded by parks and majestic homes.

The 10 mile bike course follows a fast concrete route with police-controlled intersections.

The 3 mile run takes place on well-maintained, quiet suburban roads and includes aid stations at every mile.

Awards:

Awards will be given to the overall Male and Female; overall Masters Male and Female; overall Male, Female and Co-ed Relays.

Athena, Clydesdale and Age Group awards 3 deep.
