Swim, bike and run the Ironman Florida course - September 6-8, 2024:
- Course preview sessions for each section
- Two days of non-competitive swim, bike, and run under professional coach supervision
- Full SAG support with safety and basic first aid (excluding buddy swimmers)
- Transition practice and educational sessions
- Saturday night’s catered participant dinner with a guest speaker
