Trifest for MS offers in-person training for adults, ages 18 and up. There’s also a youth paratriathlon training series for ages 6-17. Choose the option that best meets your needs!

In-Person Training, 4-Week Series

Adult Triathlon Training (Ages 18 and up)

Join us for a 4-week, triathlon training series that helps prepare you for the race of your dreams.

Sessions are held on Mondays from 6-7:45PM. Pool access is only from 6-7PM.

July 29 - Monday

August 5 - Monday

August 12 - Monday

August 17 - Saturday (Mock Tri Race Simulation)

Includes an in-person, mock race simulation on Aug. 17.

Costs $105 for early registration, $110 after June 30.

Location: Melvin Ford Aquatic Center, Memorial Park, Bentonville, Arkansas

Youth Paratriathlon Training Series (Ages 6-17)

In this 4-week training opportunity for youth para-athletes ages 6-17. Each trainee is paired with a buddy (if needed) for the 4-week training series where your child learns triathlon basics that prepares them for Trifest for MS weekend.

Training sessions take place on Monday from 6-7:30pm.
