Our course begins with an open water swim (.25 or .5 miles) in the warm August waters of the Atlantic Ocean. From there, the bike route (10 or 20 miles) takes you north along A1A on a flat, fast bike course. Runners complete the race with a scenic run (3.1 or 6.2 mile) that will take you underneath the Ernest Lyons Bridge for the run u-turn, before heading back to the park.
