Join us at one of the longest running multi-sport series in the country, the AdventHealth 39th Annual Cool Sommer Mornings Triathlon-Duathlon-Aquabike-5K Series. Each of the four 2024 series events has a unique "Decades" theme and each race features a Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon, Intermediate Distance Triathlon & Aquabike, a Sprint Triathlon Relay, and a 5K Run/Walk.
