Willow's Haven Farm Sanctuary "Hoof and Sole 5K"

Willow's Haven Farm Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 horse sanctuary in operation to save horses at risk of needing to be sold or rehomed due to owner life changes. Often these horses end up either being placed into inadequate homes out of desperation or far worse, entering the auction pipeline that can far too often lead to slaughter. We don't see a horse’s value in what they can do for us but rather for who they are. While we recognize that many horses won't end up in safe situations, we work hard every day to ensure that Willow and Kyle (our two horses in sanctuary) get their much deserved happily ever after!
Our Horse and Sole 5k Trail Run/Walk will take you through the trails of Flat Rock Equestrian Estate which houses Willow’s Haven Farm Sanctuary plus a little bit of the serene country road that leads to our farm. The proceeds from this race will benefit both Willow and Kyle who you will have an opportunity to meet on race day! We hope you will join us in our efforts to provide safety for Willow, Kyle, and other at risk horses by registering. See you at the farm!
