2025 Girls on the Run 5K:
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Inspire and be inspired! All ages, genders and abilities are welcome! This unique, high-energy, FUN event features super soft event shirts in a choice of ladies tank or unisex crew neck styles, sparkly 5K event medals and a flat course with spirited cheer zones along the route. Following the 5K, participants and spectators are invited to enjoy the event festival which includes food, music, games, activities, empowerment and fun.
Registration for the public 1-mile event is $20 through March and $25 in April.
Online registration will close April 17th at midnight. In person registration will be available after this date at packet pick up events and the morning of the event.
NOTE: Current GOTR and Heart & Sole Program participants and coaches have already been registered for the 5K and DO NOT need to register.
