_The 2024 YMCA Dry Tri:
Stay dry while you complete a tri at the Neal Center YMCA! This event will allow participants to complete a triathlon without ever jumping in a pool! This three legged race is comprised of a 10 minute row on our Concept II Rowers, a 20 minute bike ride on our Keiser stationary cycling bikes, and a 15 minute walk/run on our Life Fitness treadmills. Waves will start every 25 minutes beginning at 1pm. You will receive your assigned wave start time by email prior to race day. Register by February 1st to be guaranteed the race shirt. There is no race day registration.
