_ The 2024 Tune Up Triathlon:
A super-sprint distance race t help you see where your winter training has taken you. Held early in the season to give you time to smooth out your performance before your next event. Race categories to choose from: tri, du, aquabike, aquathlon, and relay teams.
The Tune Up Tri has a twist in it:
since we're racing in March and don't want icicles in our hair.....
we'll start the triathlon with the run, then do the bike,
and finally end up with a "snake swim" at the pool
(so you begin your swim whenever you arrive, not having to wait for an empty lane)
Age 10 through ADULT welcome to participate.

TRIATHLON ~ DUATHLON ~ AQUABIKE ~ AQUATHLON ~ TRI-RELAYS
Course Information:
1.5 mile run - 4 mile bike - 250 yard pool swim
Come and race the TRIATHLON (run, bike, swim - done in that order for this early season event!), or the DUATHLON (run, bike, run), or skip the run and do the AQUABIKE (bike, swim). Or come and race as a RELAY with a 2 or 3 person team in the triathlon. The Tune Up Tri has something for everyone!
