_ The 2024 The Silver Run:
Join us for this years 32nd Annual Silver Run with races of various levels — a 2-mile walk or 2-mile run, a 5K run/walk and a 10K run/walk run — people of all fitness levels are encouraged to get moving. Medals will be awarded in seven age divisions for both males and females. Grab a friend or more and start the weekend off with a great run. Runners will receive a T-Shirt (as long as registered before the June 3rd deadline).
Participating in the Silver Run is good for the heart in more ways than one. Proceeds make it possible for all to participate in the y and the programs it offers, regardless of financial situation.
