We'll begin with an outdoor hour of Vinyasa Yoga class led by Maggie Moberly, RYT500, then with a gun shot start for a 5K trail run through beautiful Woodford County, KY, followed by a community guided meditation. Just want to run? No problem! You can register just for the 5K trail run or just the one hour vinyasa class. Not much of a runner? You can walk, run, or stroll through the trails. Does 30 minutes of meditation seem big? We think you are up for the challenge! Bring your running shoes, your mat and your desire for community with like minded friends. These are your people!
