_ The 2024 Fox Lake Triathlon:
The 7th Annual Fox Lake Sprint Triathlon is from the shores of Nippersink Lake. The swim is a 1/2 mile triangle, the bike is rolling throughout the country side and the run is flat out and back on the nearby bike path. Transition and parking within 2 blocks. Great fun with local and regional triathletes. Individual and relays are welcomed. USAT Sanctioned
Course Information:
he 12 mile bike route has a few rollers and some straight shots to get up some speed.
The 3.1 mile run is an out and back course with over 2 miles on a paved bike path.
