VIRTUAL REGISTRATION SWAG POLICY AND SHIPPING TIMELINES 

Due to shipping timelines and supply chain issues, we must order all swag by mid-March.

SWAG:

Virtual racers who register on or before March 15, 2023 are guaranteed to receive the full swag package.  When we place the orders, we do our very best to estimate the total number of racers in the in-person and virtual event, but there is the possibility of some swag items not being available to virtual racers who register after March 15, 2023.

For those virtual racers who register after March 15, 2023, if all items are not available for our early-/mid-May shipping we will ship your packet after the last packet pick-up (May 20, 2023) in hopes we will have extra swag and be able to send the full swag package to you. That shipment will go out no later than May 28, 2023

SHIPPING:
If you live in the Anchorage bowl, we encourage you to pick-up your packet up at one of the bib pick-ups. If you live in the Anchorage bowl and would like your packet mailed to you there will be a $10.00 mailing fee.

For those virtual racers who registered on or before March 15, 2023 and live outside the Anchorage bowl or out of state, your packet will be mailed between May 8 – 14, 2023.

For those virtual racers who registered on or after March 16, 2023 your packets will be mailed out no later than May 18 2023.

Again, if all items are not available for our early-/mid-May shipping we are will ship your packet after the last packet pick-up (May 20, 2023) in hopes we will have extra swag and be able to send the full swag package to you. (See above under virtual racers)
